Lorcán is a Senior Forensic Engineer with over 30 years’ experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer. He is proficient in producing high-quality technical reports on complex matters based on meticulous inspection, thorough investigation, and incisive analysis. He provides forensic engineering and expert witness testimony for some of Ireland’s leading insurance companies, local authorities, solicitors and private companies. He regularly provides expert evidence in Circuit Court and High Court. He also has decades of practical experience as a contractor, designer and conservation engineer.
